Yes4All Ankle Weight Review

Yes4All Ankle Weight We included the Yes4All Ankle weight for two main reasons. Firstly they are quite cheap and secondly, they are also adjustable.

With a maximum weight of 5lbs per leg, these are certainly ideal for someone looking for some heavy duty workouts. The fact that they are adjustable also means you can build your core gradually over time. You can also choose lighter weights, with 1lb through 5lb per leg available.

Looking for flexible ankle weights that you can grow with gradually as you build your strength? These are ideal, by being adjustable you can customize the load and get a resistance level you are comfortable with.  When you are ready for greater exertion, add extra weight pouches.

Strengths of Yes4All Ankle weight

Removing or adding the weights is a breeze. It is easy thanks to the zipper and you do not have to worry about weights falling out either. The Velcro closure offers a very good snug fit.

To make your selection easier, these weights are “color-coded”. The heaviest category, (10lbs set) are in black, 5lbs sets are dark blue . If you want a 4 lbs set choose light blue, 3lbs sets are lime green while the lightest (2lb) set is grey.

The price points of this range are just excellent. Yes4All Ankle weight is one of the cheapest ankle weights on the market. With weights sets up to 10lbs, they are  really good value for money. The fact that they are adjustable, in this low price point, is also a big plus. Of course, if you buy the heavier sets, you won’t need to shell out more cash every time you want to amp up your workouts.

To use them on your wrists, you might need to reduce the number of weights to match the diameter. They will work well on Ankles for core and ab workouts.

On the downside

As a trade off, the materials used in the Yes4All ankle weights are not of very highest quality around, despite the manufacturer claim that the Neoprene material will be softer. To be fair, you can’t really expect the very best materials in a relatively low price ankle weights range.

You might also find that these are not the most comfortable around. One of the major qualities I look for in ankle weights is the snugness of the straps. I don’t want to be constantly readjusting the ankle weights to get the best fit midway into my workouts. However, with the Yes4All ankle weights, I did need to make some adjustments, a big minus for me.

On Balance

Overall, we have Yes4All ankle weights in our list because ,properly used, these are great value weights for the price. Being adjustable in fit and weight means that they can even work on very thin ankles. For added comfort, in spite of the manufacturer’s claims, you might like to wear them with thick exercise socks.
